Praise God! We have E.N.D.U.R.E.D 2020!
We are sending this letter to say we appreciate you! Even during quarantine and many trying times Endure has remained a strong and impactful organization – and we could not have done this without your efforts.
At the beginning of the 2020 our team met at the founder, Rev. Joan Austin’s home. We fellowshipped, we ate and we shared inspirational ideas for the future of the organization including a Women’s Bible Study and a revival.
Even with the limitation brought about by quarantine and COVID-19 we remained connected via email, Zoom, phone and we especially enjoyed connecting via our tight knit Facebook group.
In September 2020, as a result of the social upheaval that took place in the spring, many families in our communities were left without their essential needs. This situation prompted our founder to launch the Essential Blessing Boxes Giveaway. Through this event we volunteered over three days and formed valuable community partnerships Kowalski’s, Men of M.A.R.C.H and New Creation Baptist Church to name a few. Ultimately, we served over 250 families and passed out 10,400 pounds of items.
We wrapped up the year on a high note as we are beginning to plan the revival and our first women’s Bible study.
Again, we could not have done this without you. Thank you so very much for your service, gratitude, and appreciation. Wishing you a blessed holiday season, and we look forward to what marvelous things the Lord has in-store for 2021.
